After leaving the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office in 1999, Lauralee G. Westine has been zoning and permitting cell towers and other type towers throughout the State of Florida. Lauralee is familiar with most tower land use issues that may arise in the zoning, site plan, permitting, and construction processes. Lauralee has developed strong relationships with local jurisdictions in which she has worked throughout the years. Her list of clients include carriers, as well as tower companies.
